We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Digital Content Designer to join our team at a social enterprise. As a key member of the digital team, you will play a crucial role in crafting valuable digital content while adhering to brand design best practices, with a focus on serving local communities and SMEs. Our mission also involves supporting diverse groups, including black ethnic minorities, women, young people (16-24 years old), migrant families, and those facing digital exclusion.
Roles and responsibilities
As a talented Digital Content Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation Design: Craft engaging and impactful content that effectively solves users’ problems and delivers tangible value to our audience.
- Content Marketing Design: Align content with strategic marketing initiatives to effectively promote our brand message and reach a wider audience.
- Brand Designer: Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand identity across all platforms.
- Graphic Design: Utilise visuals, such as photographs, illustrations, and infographics, to enhance content presentation and maximise user engagement.
Experience
While prior experience as a Digital Content Designer or in content marketing design is desirable, we enthusiastically welcome creative individuals who are passionate about digital content creation and design.
Skills and competencies
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in content design and a solid understanding of design principles to create visually appealing and effective content.
