Call For Applications: She Sustains Accelerator

Clean Technology Hub (Clean Tech Hub) announces the launch of the SheSustains Accelerator for women-owned businesses across Nigeria.

The SheSustains project is an entrepreneurship acceleration program designed to support women-led and women-benefiting climate solutions in global emerging markets. The project is supported by 2X Global Fund.

The challenge

The challenge of the accelerator programme focuses on identifying, enabling, supporting and funding women-led startups that are building products/services to solve the climate crisis.


The solutions should address challenges across the following areas:

  • climate adaptation
  • climate mitigation
  • clean energy
  • sustainable agriculture

The startups must be Africa-focused and incorporated in Nigeria.


The 2024 cohort of entrepreneurs that go through the SheSustains accelerator program will receive the following benefits:

  • Expert advisory on ESG, Circular Economy and sustainable business models
  • Coaching and mentoring by successful founders and experts
  • Networking opportunities
  • Access to a pool of investors
  • Equity-free funding totalling $200,000

Information session

Clean Tech Hub have an upcoming information session on Tuesday, 26th March 2024, at 12pm – 2 pm WAT.

This session will provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about the programme, understand its structure, and explore the benefits it offers. It’s also a great chance to interact with the programme team and address any lingering questions you might have.
