Moringa initiative: sustainable agriculture/value-chain development programme in Ghana

The Community Revolution moringa initiative, in collaboration with The Ghana Permaculture Institute, aims to empower rural communities in Ghana through sustainable agriculture. Key interventions include technical training, processing capacity building, and advocacy for moringa. Expected outcomes are improved livelihoods, nutrition, local value chains, and reduced environmental impact through sustainable practices.

Digital skills and employability training programme

The Community Revolution is launching a digital skills and employability program aimed at diversifying the digital industry. The initiative includes a research study targeting ethnic minorities, women, youth, digitally excluded groups, and migrant families. Participants will gain essential skills for careers in web development, UX design, digital marketing, and data analysis.

African SCENe: Sustainable Community Energy Networks in Kenya

African SCENe is a 12-month study aimed at establishing clean energy hubs in Nairobi’s low-income communities, enhancing access to affordable energy for cooking and lighting. Funded by Innovate UK, the initiative involves partnerships with various organizations. The project seeks to expand to other regions of East Africa, benefitting schools and local families.
